Introduction of the NaviCard System was preceeded by many years of costly developments. For the purpose of recovering development expenses, the owner of product related rights of the NaviCard system shall subject the use of certain components of the NaviCard system to the payment of license fees.

The payment of license fees does not apply to end users of the NaviCard system.

Anyone may download and print out the NaviCard system's cards for personal use, with the available software tools. The NaviCard Viewer software was developed expressly for the purpose of ensuring free and unlimited use for end users. NaviCard Viewer can be downloaded free of charge from the front page.

Placing the NaviCard Viewer software on any service provider's server shall be subject to the payment of a license fee. The owner of rights (hereinafter "Owner") and service provider shall conclude an agreement on making the software available for downloading.

License fees will not be payable if a service provider places a hyperlink on its website linking it to the official NaviCard website and making it possible to download the software through this link.

The NaviCard Designer software is available for designing and producing original NaviCard cards. The software can be purchased on-line through the www.navicard.hu website. The website also provides information on other purchase sources.

NaviCard cards may be produced for personal or commercial use. Reproduction of the cards for commercial use shall be subject to the payment of license fees. Prior written consent from the Owner shall be required to create and reproduce publications with a NaviCard content for commercial purposes with either the NaviCard Designer software or any other software, the conditions of which shall be defined in a separate agreement.

The payment of license fees shall apply to all medium forms. Physical media may be paper or any other printed material, CDs, diskettes or similar storage tools, as well as any other electronic medium suitable for storing and distributing NaviCard files.

The creation of software products suitable for producing NaviCards shall be subject to prior consent from the Owner.

The creation of NaviCard websites, making such websites publically available and distributing the cards through such websites shall be subject to prior consent from the Owner. This shall apply to all websites offering a selection of NaviCards as a service, as well as to websites that automatically generate cards upon user request.

The use of NaviCard applications shall not be subject to the payment of license fees if the owner of the website only advertises its own business location, store or office, etc. with NaviCard, thereby helping its partners/customers to find such locations.
